Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Gift cards

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for items of equal or greater value within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before sending any items back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
